    Swan Base Mounted Air Compressors are specifically designed for dry pipe sprinkler systems. Units will fill a system to 40psi in 30 minutes (according to NFPA-13). Base mounted units include a compressor pump, motor with v-belt drive, intake air filter and fully enclosed belt guard, mounted on a steel base with drilled holes. Automatic start/stop operation of base mounted compressors is achieved with the use of a Control Kit.

    Control Kit

    Automatic Control Kits are used to start and stop base mounted compressors. Standard pressure is set to cut-in at 30psi and cut-out at 40psi. The Control Kit includes a heavy duty UL Listed pressure switch with built-in unloader valve, a check valve, drain cock and fittings with 1/2" NPT Outlet.

    Swan Tank Mounted Air Compressors are specifically designed with similar specifications to the base mounted units. Standard units include an automatic start/stop control system, so a separate Control Kit is not needed. Units are mounted on a tank to create a constant source of air which can be used to supply multiple dry-pipe sprinkler system. Tank mounted units include a compressor pump, motor with v-belt drive, intake air filter, fully enclosed belt guard, mounted on an A.S.M.E. air receiver tank with mounting holes. Also included are a heavy duty pressure switch, check valve, safety valve and a pressure gauge.
